Tonight, I want to tell you about one of them. Rodolfo Rojas runs a small, K-5 elementary school in Chicago. When he took over as principal, 埃弗雷特的学生的表现远远低于类似学校的同龄人，也低于地区平均水平.

This award comes on the heels of some powerful evidence that taking a bet on that kind of leadership pays off.
